7 25t' and 23rd of -reets and between Newport and Balboa Boulevards,
8 hereinafter referred to as the 26th Street 2ar'king Lot; and

10 and established fees for the use of the 26th Street Park-Lng Lot;

12 161E]2,2 5. it now appears necessary to amend saic resolu.-
13 tion to provide for changes in the fee for parking passer permit -:Im;
14 the use of said parking lot as hereinafter provided;
15 Yd`y131 ==C221 BE IT RESOLVED that Paragraph 2 of eso-
16 lution No. 6172 -Is amended to read-
17 982. „-aarterly vehicle passes permitting the use of
the 26th Street parking Lot are hereby establishee. and 011all
18 be made available for sale to tl.e public during each calendar
year. The fee for the pass shall be $30.00 per quarter per
19 vehicle. The charge for any pass issued after the cosmezce-
ment of any quarter shall be reduced in the amount of 713. CS
20 for each full month which has elapsed duri,.g any such qua_ °*_e::.
The mass referrer; to shall be designed in such a manner
21 it may be inserted in a slot in the automatic parking gate
at t1^e entrance to said lot in oreer to actuate saa.d gate.
22 The possess_on of a parking pass shall not establish any
priority for parking space. Such passes shall be sole: only
23 in the Finance Department of the City Fall during regular
office hours."
