in the City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans anal

specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 3rd.

day of October, 1956, and publicly opened and declared; and

Homes in the amount of $3,496 be accepted and that the contract for

the construction worlt be awarded to said bidder.

hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
17
with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
18
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
19
an executed coley to the successful bidder.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
