2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES WITH LEBELL
CONSULTING ENGIA?EERS & SCIENTISTS

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
6 of the City of Newport Beach a certain Agreement for Consulting
7 Services between the City of Newport Beach and Lebell Consulting
8 Engineers & Scientists, under which said corporation is to analyze
9 the CATV proposals of the Community Cablevision Company and
10 Warner Brothers TV Services, and make a report and recommendations
11 thereon; and
12 &MREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
13 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
14 equitable and in the interests of the City;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Agreement for
16 Consulting Services is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
17 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
18 the City of Newport Beach.
19 ADOPTED this 24th day of October 1966.

City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6454 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 24th day of October
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
