6 consisting of the -improvement of Seashore Drive from 55th Street
7 to Orange Avenue, in accordance with the plans and spec= bicatf_ons
8 heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 13th day of Oct:,', -er,
9 1966, and publicly opened and declared; and
10 13 it appears that the 10 felt responsible 'bidder
11 therefor is Yoder gird Sons; and

17 larity in accordance with the authority to waive irregularities co:-
18 tained in Sec. 2 -33 of t:.e City Standard Specifications;

27 BE IT FTMIZEM PZSOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
28 hereby authcrized and directed to execute a contract i:1 accordance
29 with the specifications, bid and this award or. behalf of the City
• 30 of Neupdrt Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furn:_sh an
31 executed copy -_o the successful bidder.
