RESOLUTION NO. 6460
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MXCUTION OF A
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE IRVINE COMPANY FOR
USE OF THE OLD CASTAWAY PARKING LOT
TEMEREAS, The Irvine Company is the owner of certain real
estate in the City of Newport Beach commonly known as the old
Castaway parking lot; and
SEAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain license agreement under
which The Irvine Company grants permission to the City to deposit
street sweepings on said parking lot in return for the removal by
the City of street sweepings deposited on said property by the
company; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable and in the interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said license agree-
ment is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 1966.

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records of the
City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6460 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 14th day of November ,
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
