4 WIMPEAS, Marven J. Reitz and Ina Sue ?eitz have executed
5 and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Basement,
6 which grants to the Caty an easement for street and highway
7 purposes over all that certain land situated in the City of Few -
8 port Beach, Ccurty of Orange, State of California, described as
9 follows:
10 That portion of Lot 18 of Newport Heights as per map
recorded in Book.4, page 83 of Miscellaneous Maps in
11 the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California, being described as follows:

The spandrel area bounded on the southeast by the
13 northwesterly line of Irvine Avenue (60.00 feet wide)
as shown on said map of Newport Heights; on the south-
14 west by the northeasterly line of 15th Street (660.00
feet wide) as shown on said map of Newport Iieights and
15 on the north by a 15.00 foot radius curve concave
northerly tangent to said northwesterly line of Irvine
16 !Avenue and to said northeasterly line of 15th Street;
17 and
IFIE °WP9, it is to the interest of the City to accept

said Grant of Easement for such purposes;

ment is hereby accepted and the City Cleric is authorized and dir-

ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
22
and to consent to its recording and to record said document in the
23
'County Recorders office.
