2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AMENDnNT TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT ON TRACT
NO. 5463

5 W0REAS, The Bluffs, as subdivider of Tract No. 5463,
6 has agreed to install subdivision improvements in accordance with
7 an agreement dated the 13 day of ,January, 1964, within nine months
8 from the date thereof; and
9 WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the City Council
10 may extend the time for performance by the subdivider under said
11 agreement upon the request of the subdivider if it determines that
12 the circumstances justify such extension of time; and
13 WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested that the City
14 Council extend the time for completion of said improvements to
15 November 1, 1967; and
16 IMMEAS, it would be in the mutual interest of the
17 parties to extend the time within which said improvements must be
18 completed as requested; and
19 T�R=EAS, an amendment to said subdivision agreement has
20 been presented to the City Council under which the time for com-
21 pletion of said improvements would be extended to November 1,
22 1967, and the City Council has reviewed the terms thereof and
23 found them to be acceptable;
24 NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
25 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amend -
26 ment to subdivision agreement on behalf of the City of Newport
27 Beach.
28 ADOPTED this 28th day of November, 1966.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
