A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T1a CITY OF
1 +3E040IOT BEACH AUTHORIZING TM E22CUTION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION AGREEF;ENT ON TRACT
NO. 5798
MM RES, The Blu'fs, as subdivider of Tract No. 5798,
has agreed to install subdivision improvements in accordance with
an agreement dated the 19 day of February, 1965, within twelve
months from the date thereof; and
T�JR�:�.azAS, said agreement provides that the City Council
may extend the time for performance by the subdivider under said
agreement upon the request of the subdivider if it determines that
the circumstances justify such extension of time; and
VIIEUAS, the subdivider has requested that the City
Council extend the time for completion of said improvements to
November 1, 1967; and
68YMMS, it would be in the mutual interest of the
parties to extend the time within which said improvements must be
completed as requested; and
47IMREAS, an amendment to said subdivision agreement has
been presented to the City Council under which the time for com-
pletion of said improvements would be extended to November 1,
1967, and the City Council has reviewed the terms thereof and
found them to be acceptable;
NO1711 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amend-
ment to subdivision agreement on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
ADOPTED this 28th day of November, 1966.
