2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T:X CITY OF
NEUPORT BEACU ACCEPTING A GRANT_OF EASSE11MNT

4 4Jf.EAS, John P. Dorris and Rose Anne Dorris have ex-
5 ecuted any,. delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Ease -
6 meet for street and highway purposes over all that certain land
7 situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
8 California, to wit:
9 PARCEL A
10 that portion of Lot 12, Block 53, River Section as per map
recorded in Book-4, Page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
11 office of the County Recorder of Orange County, Calif.,
described as follows:

Beginning at the most Sthly corner of said Lot 12; thence
13 NEly along the SEly line of said Lot 12 to the point of
cusp of a tangent curve, concave Nthly, having a radius of
14 10.00 feet; thence Wly along said curve to the point of
tangency with the Sally line of said Lot 12; thence SEly
15 along said Sally line to the point of-beginning.

17 Beginning at the intersection of the NEly prolongation of
the SEly line of Lot 12, Block 53, River Section in the City
18 of Newport Beach,..as per map recorded in Book 4, Page 25 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
19 Orange County, Calif., with the line of ordinary high tide
of the Pacific Ocean in Newport Bay described and designated
20 "South Line" in Decree, a Certified Copy of which was
recorded Sept. 19, 1925, in Book 201, Page 253, Official
21 Records in the office of the-County Recorder of said Orange
County; thence Sally along said NEly prolongation to the
22 point of cusp of a tangent curve,.concave Wly, having a
radius of 10.00 feet; thence Nthly along said curve to the
23 point of tangency with said line of ordinary high tide;
thence SEly along said line of ordinary high tide to the point
24 of beginning;
and
25 =REAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
26 Grant of Easement for such purposes;
27 NOY-12 THZREFCREr BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Easemens
28 is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed
29 to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and con -
30 sent to its.recording and to record said document in the County
31 Recorder's office..
32 ADOPTED this 12th day of December -� /1966.
