2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEUPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH THE BLUFFS, SUBDIVIDER, FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED AS A
4 CONDITION -OF APPROVING RESUBDIVISION N0. 221

6 WF=EAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which The Bluffs, sub -
8 divider under Resubdivision No. 221, agrees to construct street
9 and other public improvements required as a condition of approving
10 said resubdivision; and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 G]HEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement and
15 found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the
16 provisions of the Code;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City :Tanager as to sufficiency and the
21 City Attorney as to form.
22 ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1966.

City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6479 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 12th day of December
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers, Parsons, Marshall, Gruber, Cook,
ForRit, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
