2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT.OF A PORTION OF CAMPUS DRIVE_

• 5 WHEREAS, the County of Orange is proposing to construct
6 roadway improvements on Campus Drive between MacArthur Boulevard
7 and Palisades Road, portions of which are in the City of Newport
8 1 Beach; and
9 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
10 the City of Newport Beach an agreement between the City and the
11 County providing for such work, with the cost thereof to be
12 shared by the parties in the manner set out therein; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and
15 equitable and determined it to be in the interests of the City
16 and the improvements to be necessary;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
18 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
19 to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
20 ADOPTED this 12th day of December $ 1966.

Resolution No. 6482 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 12th day of December
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
