2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT.-DEED FROM
3 JUANITA DENNI

• 5 TiTHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of Newport
6 Beach a certain grant deed dated November 9, 1966, wherein Juanita
7 Denni, a married woman, grants to the City the following described
8 real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
9 of California:

13 and
:hwesterly 5.00 feet of northeasterly 15.00
Lot 6, Block A, Seashore Colony Tract as
recorded in Book 7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous
the office of the county recorder of Orange
California;
14 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
15 said grant deed;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed is
17 hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
lg execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
19 to its recording and to record said document in the County Record -
20 errs office, together with City of Newport Beach Public Works
21 Department Drawing No. R /17- 5099 -L dated 10- 11 -66, designated
22 "Portion of Lot 6, Blk. A, Seashore Colony Tract to be granted to
23I City", showing the location of said property granted thereby.
