2 A RESOLUTION OF Ll% CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT.DEED

4 WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of Newport
5 Beach a certain grant deed dated December 14, 1966, wherein The
i6 Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation, Sunny Homes, Inc., a
7 California corporation, Macco Corporation, a Nevada corporation,
8 Ward Development Company, a California corporation, Harrington
9 Development Company, a California corporation, and Hester Develop -
10 ment Company, a California corporation, grant to the City the fol-
11 lowing described real property in the City of Newport Beach, Count
12 of Orange, State of California:
13 Lot "B" and Lot "C ",'Tract No. 3357 as per map
recorded in Book.107,.pages 1 to 7 of M2*.scel-
14 laneous Maps.in the office of the County Recorder
of Orange County, California;

and

17 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed is
19
hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
20
21 execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
22 to its recording and to record said document in the County
Recorder's office.

ADOPTED this 6th day of December 1966 .

I, LAURA LAGIOS, Acting City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records of the
City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing
Resolution No. 6489 was duly and regularly adopted,
passed, and approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 27th day of December
1966, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers, Parsons, Marshall, Forgit, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Gruber and Cook
