RESOLUTION NO,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OP A
CONTRACT FOB ENGINEERING SMVICES WITH BOYLE
ENGINEERING 11-1 CONNECTION WITH THE 32QaOVMMNT
OF JAI 3OREL ROAD FROPI FORD ROAD TO PALISADES
ROAD
MMM AS. there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City o
Newport Beach and Boyle Engineering for engineering services in
connection with a public works project described as tze widening an
improvement of Jamboree Road from Ford Road to Palisades Road; and
ti,PTEXREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said contract and found them to be fair and equitable
NON`S THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for
engineering services be approved and the Kayor and City Cleric are
Hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
