CONTRACT. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES W117 - -I JAMES M,
MONTGOME111Y, CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.
VRM —KEAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
Newport Beach and James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc.,
for engineering services in connection with a public works project
which is generally described as the construction of a 16 -inch grater
transmission main along Tustin Avenue between Mira Loma Place and
the 12 -inch A.C. maim at the intersection of Palisades Road and
Caws Drive; and

conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and equitable
