A rZSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IM. 1POIrIT BEACH AUTHORIZING �TKE =ECUTION OF AN
AR"'rRL&L - EIGI� 1AY FINANCING PROGWIvI PROJECT
ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT WITH Ta3E COUNTY OF
ORANGE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MVINE /TUSTIN
AVENUES FROKI 22ND STREET TO UNIVERSITY DRIVE
Wi==, the City Council by Resolution No. 6483 re-
quested the County of Orange to allocate funds to aid the City of
Newport Beach during fiscal year 1967 -1968 in the improvement of
Irvine /Tustin Avenues from 22nd Street to University Drive; and
WHEREAS, by said resolution the City agreed that its
share of the cost of improvements and rights of way would be avail-
able for the fiscal year 1967 -1968; and
bTr REAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain Arterial Highway Financing
Program Project Administration Agreement between the City of New-
port Beach and the County of Orange for the improvement of Irvine/
I
Tustin Avenues from 22nd Street to University Drive, which said
agreement has been reviewed and found to be fair and squita'lsle and
it is in the interest of the City to execute the same;
NM7, T=FC.RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said agreement be approved and
tze Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
