A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

daiREA5, the Planning Commission of the City has
recommended to the City Council the changing of the name of Aloha
Drive on Linda Isle in ..the City of Newport Beach; and
UH "EAS, Section 34091.1 of the Government Code
authorizes the legislative body to change the name of any city
street by the adoption of a resolution; and
TMIl AS, after consideration of sa1_d recommendation, it
appears that it would be in the interest o_ the City and con-
venient to the public to change the name of Aloha give as here-
inafter set forth;
NTGW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the name of that certa -n street
known as Aloha Drive which extends westerly from Bayside Drive
to Linda isle, as shown on the Final Nap of Tract No. 4003, a
copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by
this reference incorporated herein, be changed to Linda Isle Dr-se
BE I'T FU'.ZTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
to ferward a certified copy of this -resolution to the Board of
Supervisors in accordance with the provisions of Section 34092
of the Government Code.
