RESOLUTION NO, 6693
A RESOLU^1ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT. -DEED FRONT.
JOHN J. SUPPLE AND FRANCES SUPPLE

51 WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of Newport
61 Beach a certain grant deed dated January 5, 1968, wherein john J.
7 Supple and Frances Supple, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
8 grant to the City the f6lowing described real property:
9 Lot 5 in Block 131 of Lake Tract, Newport Beach,
in the City of Newport-Beach, County of Orange,
10 State of California, as.per map thereof recorded
in Book 4, page 13, of Miscellaneous Maps, in
11 the office of the County Recorder of said County,
12 and
13 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
14 said grant deed;
15 NOCY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed is
161 hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
17 execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
18 to its recording and to record said document in the County Record -
191 erts office.
20 ADOPTED this 22nd day of January , 1968.

City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
