21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NMIPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF

51 there has been presented to the City Council of
61 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
7' services between the City of Newport Beach and William P, Ficker
81 in connection with-the construction of an addition to the Corona
9 del Mar Branch Library; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
12 equitable;

13 NGWv THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement for
14 architectural services be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
15 are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
16 of the City of Newport Beach,
17 ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 1968.
