RESOLUTION NO, 6718
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILLTY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corpor-
ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach
a Public Utility Easement, which grants to the City a non -
exclusive easement for public utility purposes in, under, over
and along real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
and
Those certain strips of land of various widths
in Block 52 of Irvine's Subdivision as per map
filed in Book 1, page 88 of kUscellaneous Record
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County delineated as "Proposed Easement for
Public Utilities" within Lot-4 of that certain land
shown on the map.filed in..Book 11, page 8 of Parcel
Maps in the office of said County Recorder.
SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or
apparent,
RESERVING *UNTO GRANTOR, its successors and assigns,
the right to use said land for any purpose whatsoever
as shall not interfere with or endanger the use by
Grantee of the easement, including but not limited
to the right to construct, relocate, repair, main-
tain and use paved parking areas, alleys and pipe-
lines in, on, over, across, under and along said _land;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Public Utility Easement;
NCi7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Public Utility
Easement is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorders office.
ADOPTED this 11th day of March 1968.

City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 11th day of March , 1968,
