A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A RELINQUISIRENT OF

ACCESS }.TIGHTS

WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,

as owner, and Newport Beach Tennis Club, a California corporation,
7
as lessee, of the real property in the City of Newport Beach,
8
County of Orange, State of California, described as:

Parcel 1 as shown on the parcel map filed in
Book 5, Wage 19 of Parcel Maps, records of
10
Orange County, on November 29, 1966,
11
have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a
12
Relinquishment of Access Rights by which they - release and relin-
13
quish to the City any and all abutters right of direct vehicular
14
access appurtenant to the above described property, except for the
15
most southwesterly 16 feet of said parcel 1, in and to the
16
adjoining Eastbluff Drive as shown on said map; and
17
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the
18
City of Newport Beach to accept said instrument.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Relinquish -

ment of Access Rights is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
21
authorized and directed to execute and attach thereto a cer-
22
tificate of acceptance and consent to its recording and to record
23
said instrument in the County Recorders office,
24
ADOPTED this 11th day of March, 1968.
