RESOLUTION NC. 6723
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF ..EASEkffiNT
4 WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
5" and Richard B. Smith, Inc., a California corporation, have executed
6 and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Easement
71 which grants to the City an easement for street and highway pur-
8 poses over all that certain land situated in the City of Newport
9 Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
10 Those portions of Tract No. 6385, as per map filed
in Book 235, pages 1 to 5 inclusive, of Miscellaneous
11 Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said
121 Orange County, described as follows:
Parcel 1
13 That t portion of Lot "A" of said Tract described as
follows: Beginning at.the most Northerly corner of
14 said Lot* .thence along the boundary of said Lot,
South.199 34' 07" East 10.00 feet, and South 70° 25'
15" 5378 West 30.00 feet; thence North 190 34' 07" West
10.00 feet to the most Northwesterly line of said
16 Lot; thence North 70° 25' 53" East along said North-
17 westerly line, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2
18, T at portion of Lots 50, 49 and Lot "C" of said Tract
lying Northeasterly Easterly and Southeasterly of
19 the following described line: Beginning at the North-
westerly terminus of that portion of the Northeasterly
20 boundary of said Trot 50 shown on said map as North
19° 34' 07" West 57.21.feet; thence Northwesterly
21 along the are of a curve concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 40.00 feet, from a tangent which
221 bears North 199 34' 07" West, through a central angle
of 41° 28' 58 ", a distance of 28.96 feet to a reverse
23 curve concave.Easterly and having a radius of 54.00 feet;
thence Northerly along said reverse curve, through a

6 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
7 County Recorderrs office.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6723 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 11th day of March 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers, Marshall, Gruber, Cook, Forgit,
Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
