OF NMTPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MMCUTION OF
3 AN AGREMrNT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES (NM-7PORT BEACH CIVIC CENTER SITE
4 EVALUATION A10 14ASTER PLANNING STUDY)

6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
8 and engineering services between the City of Newport Beach and
9 Welton Becket and Associates in connection with the Cityrs Civic
10
Center site evaluation and master planning study;
and
11
WHEREAS,, the City Council has considered
the terms
and
12
conditions of said agreement and found them to be
reasonable
and
13
equitable;
14
NOES, TFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said
agreement
for
15
architectural and engineering services be approved
and the Mayor
16
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute
the
17
same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
18
ADOPTED this 25th day of March
