611 WHE PAS, there has been presented to the City Ceuncil of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement with the Orange County
8 Flood Control District providing for the modification of the
9 double 30-inch RCP inlet on the Greenville - Banning Channel
10 immediately north of Pacific Coast Highway, previously construc- -a6
11 by the Flood Control District as a part of its Greenville - Bann:L g
12 Channel improvement, with the cost of the work to be shared by
13 the parties as more particularly set out therein; and
14 CZEAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
15 conditions of the agreement and found them to be reasonable and
16 equitable;
17 NOWs THMEFORE3, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement Is
18 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby auti-orized and
19 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
20 Beach,
21 ADOPTED this 8th day of April, 1968.
