RESOLUTION N0. 6761
A RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NE10PORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Higson Construction Co., Inc. has executed and
delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Easement by
which there is granted to the City an easement for the construc-
tion, maintenance and repair of a storm drain and appurtenances
in, under and along the following described real property in the
City of Newport Beach, county of Orange, State of California, to
wit:
and
That parcel of land in the County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the SEly line of Lot 17 in Block
431 of Corona del Ylar Tract recorded in Book 3, pages 41
and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps of said Orange County, State
of California; distant Sally 10.00 feet from the North-
east corner thereof; thence 'ally on a line deflecting
Nly 600 08' 23" from the Silly .prolongation of said SEly
line of Lot 17, a distance _of 26.11 feet; thence Mly
on a line deflecting Nly 29° 51' 32" from the prolonga-
tion of the last above described course, a distance of
32.86 feet; thence Silly on a line deflecting Sly 66°
14' 10" from the prolongation of the last above described
course, a distance of 73.03 feet; thence SEly on a line
deflecting Ely 1130 45' 50 " from the prolongation of the
last above described course, a distance of 10.93 feet;
thence NEly on a line deflecting Nly 66° 14' 10" from the
prolongation of the last above described course, a distance
of 62.28 feet; thence SEly on a line deflecting Sly 66°
14' 10" from the prolongation of the last above described
course, a distance of 29.03 feet; thence Ely on a line
deflecting Nly 29° 51' 32" from the prolongation of the
last above described course, a distance of 23.03 feet;
thence NEly -on a line deflecting Nly 60° 08' 28" from
the prolongation of the last above described course, a
distance of 11.53 feet to the point of beginning of the
parcel described above;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
meat is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the

City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
