RESOLUTION NO. 6765
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
JOHN L. RADFORD AND DOROTHEA C. RADFORD
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to Mrs. Chris Hoffman,
c/o Security First National Bank, Newport Beach, California, to
be held in escrow, a certain grant deed dated April 15, 19682
wherein John L. Radford and Dorothea C. Radford, husband and wife,
as owners of community property, grant to the City the following
described real property:
and
Lot 7 in block 231 of the Lake Tract, in the
city of Newport Beach, county of Orange,
state of.California, as per map recorded in
book 4 page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the county recorder of said county;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to deposit the purchase sum into escrow
with the designated escrow holder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said grant deed is hereby
accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute
and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to its
recording and to record said document in the County Recorder's
office.
ADOPTED this 13th day of May , 1968.

City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
