2 A RESOLUTION OF Try CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACYI ACCEPTING A G?ANT.OF EASEMENT

4 WiEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corpor-
51 ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach
6I a Grant of Easement by which there is granted to the City an
7 easement for the construction, maintenance and repair of a storm
8 drain and appurtenances, in, under and along that certain real
9 property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
10 State of California, described as follows:
111 Those portions of Block 93 of Irvine's Subdivision as
shown on a map filed in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous
12 Record Naps in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:

A strip of land 15.00 feet in width being 7.50 feet on
15 each side of the following described center line:
16 Commencing at the Westerly corner of said Block 93; thence
South 49" 27' 27 " Z'ast 527.64 feet along the Southwesterly
17 line of said Block; thence North 400 32' 3391 East 50.00
feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence-continuing
18 North 40° 32' 33" East 304..21 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave Southerly having a radius of 90.00 feet;
19 thence Northeasterly 96.75 feet along said curve through
an angle of 61° 35' 41" to a point of reverse curvature
20 with a curve concave Northerly having a radius of 235.62

239, pages 28 through 41 inclusive of Miscellaneous Naps
2511 in the office of said County Recorder.

terminate in said Westerly line of Newport Center Drive.

said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOTW7 T:3E3EPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
went is hereby accepted and the City Cleric is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
