RESOLUTION N0, 6769
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT- OF.EASE14ENT
WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of
Easement by which there is granted to the City .easements for pedes-
trian walkway purposes over that certain real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Those portions of Blocks 55 and 93 of
as shown on a map filed in Book 1, pag
Record Maps in the office of the Count
County.together with those portions of
6015 as shown on a map filed in Book 2
41 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps in
County Recorder, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwesterly terminus of that certain 25.00
foot radius curve concave Westerly shown as having a central

SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or apparent;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Easement:
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized, and directed to
execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
to its recording and to record said document in the County Recorder's
office.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 13th day of May 1968,
