CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH.ACCEPTING -A GRANT
31 OF.,EASEMENT

WHEREAS, The Irvine
Company, a West Virginia corpor-

ation, and Newport Center Medical Buildings, a Limited Partner-

ship, have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a

Grant of Easement by which there is granted to the City an ease -
9
ment for pedestrian walkway purposes over that certain real
10
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
11
State of California, described as follows:

A strip of land of varying width over that portion of Block
93 of Irvine's Subdivision as shown on a map filed in Book
13
1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, said strip being bounded on
14
the Southwest by the Northeasterly line of San Miguel Drive,
101.00 feet in width as shown on a map of Tract No. 6015
15
filed in Book 239, pages 28 through 41 inclusive of Miscel-
laneous Maps in the office of said County Recorder, and
16
bounded on the Southeast and Northeast by the following
described line:

Beginning at the Easterly corner of said San Miguel Drive;

thence North 610 29' 00" East 3.00 feet to a point on a non-
tangent curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of 446.50

feet and concentric with the center line of said San Miguel
Drive, a radial to said point bears South 61° 29' 00" West;

thence concentric and parallel with said center line.the
following courses and distances: Northwesterly 68.32 feet

along said curve through an angle of 8° 46' 03'; North 190
44' 57" West 123.15 feet to the beginning of a.curve concave

Southwesterly having a radius of 553.50 feet; Northwesterly

290.70 feet.alon said curve through an angle of 30° 05' 30';
North 49° 50' 27D West 43.47 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave Easterly.having a radius of 19.50 feet; thence North

westerly 21.43 feet along said curve through an angle of 62°
57' 52" to a point of compound curvature with that certain

25.00 foot radius curve concave Easterly shown as having a
central angle of 780 00' 111 1 on said Map of Tract No. 6715.

SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or

WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-

ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and

directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 13th day of May 1968.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6770 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 13th day of May , 1968
by the following vote, to wit:
