A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF HE CITY
OF NE PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MIECUTION OF

A - RENTAL AGRisEPi NT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

WHEREAS, the City has requested the State of California
6
to allow the City to use a portion of property owned by the State
7
adjacent to the westerly end of Seashore Drive for the purpose of
8
constructing a cul -de -sac; and
9
7HEREAS9 the State is willing to allow the City to use
10
said property and has presented to the Council for its considera-
11
Lion a rental agreement dated May 6, 1960, which describes the
12I
property to be leased by the City; and
14
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the terms and condi-
14
tions of said rental agreement and has found them to be acceptable;
15
NOW$ TMEFORZO BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is
16
authorized to execute on behalf of the City the rental agreement
17
between the City and the State of California dated Nay 6, 1968,
18
which provides for the renting of said State property by the City
19
on a month-to-month basis at a rental of $1.00 per year.

ADOPTED this 27th day of May , 1968,

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6779 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 27th day of May 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
