RESOLUTION NO.6785
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT .DEED FROM
WILLIAM K. STINE AND ANITA C. STINE
wtIEREAS, there has been delivered to Security First
National Bank, Newport Beach, California, to be in escrow,
a certain grant deed dated May 28, 1968, wherein William K. Stine
and Anita C. Stine, husband and wife, as owners of joint tenancy
property, grant to the City all that real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
and
Lots 10 and 11, in Block 131, of the Lake Tract in
the City of Newport Beach, as per map recorded in
Book 4, page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the Recorder of said County.
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to deposit the purchase sum into escrow
with the designated escrow holder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said grant deed is hereby
accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute
and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent to
its recording and to record said document in the County Recorder s
Office.
ADOPTED this 10th day of June 1968. ((

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6785 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 10th day of June 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:

NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
