RESOLUTION NO. 6797
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NE1PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY PEACE
OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of NeTTort Beach a certain agreement with the Orange
County Peace Cfficers Association, Inc., for the leasing of an
Identi -Kit obtained by said association under a master lease
agreement with the Townsend Company for use by the Newport Beach
Police Department during the'1968 -1969 fiscal year beginning
July 1, 1968; and
WHE2EAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 24th day of June , 1968.
