RESOLUTION NO. 6803
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING.A MAP SHOWING A PORTION
OF A CERTAIN STREET KNOWN AS SEAFOAM DRIVE WHICH
IS PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
certain map entitled "VACATION OF SEAFOAM DR. BETWEEN MARGUERITE
AVE. & TILLER WAY ", being City of Newport Beach Public Works
Department Drawing No. R /W- 5137 -L dated 6- 19 -68, showing a portion
of Seafoam Drive in the City of Newport Beach which the City is
considering vacating, closing up and abandoning, and which
portion is more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Seafoam Drive, as shown on a map of
Tract No. 6229, recorded -in Book 229, Pages 33 and
34 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, lying southerly of the southerly line
of Marguerite Avenue, 84.00 feet in width as shown
on a map of Tract No. 6228 recorded in Book 229,
Pages 25 to 32 inclusive of said Miscellaneous
Maps and lying northerly of the easterly prolon-
gation of the northerly line of Tiller Way, 60.00
feet in width, said northerly line having a bear-
ing and distance of N 69 °30 °42" E 24.87 feet as
shown on said map of Tract.No. 6228.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map is hereby
approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and directed
to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of said
portion of said street.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 24th day of June 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
