RESOLUTION NO. 6810
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALLRY OF THE
CITY ATTORMY
WEMDQIS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has the power and duty to fix the salary of the City Attorney and
to designate the time to be devoted to the duties of the office
in the resolution fixing the compensation; and
GWREAS, Resolution No. 6711 established the salary of
the City Attorney beginning January 1, 1968, and the time to be
devoted to the duties of the office;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1,
1968, Resolution No. 6711 be rescinded and that the salary of
the City Attorney beginning July 1, 1968 shall be $20,500 per
fiscal year for full-time employment, payable in monthly, semi-
monthly, or biweekly installments as is most convenient in the
ordinary course of the preparation of the City's payroll.
ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1968.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the_25th day of June , 1968,
