RESOLUTION N0. 6815
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING TIME E)MCUTION OF
AGREEMENTS WITH THE.BLUFFS,.SUBDIVIDER,.FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS, IN TRACT NO.
6230
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
lof the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which The Bluffs,
subdivider of Tract No. 6230, agrees to construct street and
other public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision,
and an agreement in which said subdivider agrees to construct
the improvement of Vista del Playa and Street "A ", as shown on
the tract map; and
WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure
the faithful performance under said agreements in accordance with
the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreements
and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
lwith the provisions of the Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
the City Attorney as to form.
ADOPTED this 8 day of July, 1968.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 8 day of July 1968,
by the following vote, to wit:
