A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT AUTHORIZING THE OF.A

,BEACH _EXECUTION
NOTICE OF ADDITION OF. TERRITORY _FOR TRACT NO.
6230 UNDER. THE..DECLARATION.OF COVENANTS,.CONDI°

TIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO TRACTS NOS.
5463, 5480, AND OTHERS

WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has previously exe-
7
cuted Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions applicable to Tracts
8
Nos. 5463, 5480, 5435, 5692, 5740, 5741, 5878, 5877, and 6227;
9
and
10
WHEREAS, a final subdivision map has been approved for
11
Tract No. 6230 which adjoins Tracts Nos. 5463 and 5878; and

WHEREAS, said Tract No. 6230 is a portion of the planned
13
residential development approved by Use Permit No. 1054(G); and
14
WHEREAS, Declarant has submitted to the City a "Notice
15
of Addition of TerritoryP1 in connection with Tract No. 6230 which
16
will subject said tract to the above mentioned Declaration of
17
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions; and
18
WHEREAS, said Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
19
provide for the approval of the City to be endorsed on said notice;
20
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Notice of Additia
21
of Territory is approved by the City, and the Mayor and City Clerk
22
are authorized and directed to execute said notice on behalf of
23
the City.

ADOPTED this 8 day of July, 1968.
