A °SOLUTION OF TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HE iY ORT BEACH AUTHORIZING T?-M ESE3CUTION OF
AN AGRERc? --T T ;?OR .JOINT USE or z c ERTY
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of New?Ort Beach an agreement between the County of Orange,
Orange Coast Junior College District and the City of Newport Beach
providing for the joint use by the City in the conduct of its summez
sailing classes of certain premises and facilities under lease by
the District from the County of Orange; and
�WREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and said terms and conditions are
reasonable and equitable;
NOta, TMMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 8 day of July , 1968.
