RESOLUTION NO, 6826
A RESOLUTION OF TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E2MCUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH SCHOCK BOAT COMPANY .
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement between the City of Newport
Beach and the Schock Boat Company under which the Schock 3oat
Company will make boats available to the City for use in its
instructional program in sailing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and said terms and conditions are
reasonable and equitable;
N0W31 THEREFOREB BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 8th day of July , 1968.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 8th day of July 1968,
by the following vote, to wit

Hirth, Rogers, Gruber
