2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E)MXUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH NEWPORT.RILLS, INC.,.SUBDIVIDER,
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A_PORTION OF THE - -
4 IMPROVEMENTS.IN TRACT NO. 6623.
IM,
611 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach, an agreement in which Newport Hills, Inc.
8 subdivider of a portion of Tract No. 6623, agrees to construct
9 certain street and other public improvements in the future; said
10 streets and other public improvements are necessary to serve said
11 subdivision, but dedication of them at this time has been rejected
12 by the City; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
14 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
15 with the provisions of the Code;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
17 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
18 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
19 agreement is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
20 the City Attorney as to form.

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6850 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 19th day of August 1968
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: McInnis, Parsons, Marshall, Rogers, Gruber, Hirth
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Shelton
