2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH STCTSENBERG, BINDER &.CO. FOR
AUDITING.SERVICES .

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
6 of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City
7 of Newport Beach and Stotsenberg, Binder & Co. for auditing
8 services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1968; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
10 conditions of said agreement and found said terms and conditions
11 to be reasonable and equitable;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ]RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
13 City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
14 execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
