2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
• 3 AN AGREEMENT WITH EASTBLUFF- NEWPORT, INC.,
SUBDIVIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALL
- 4 IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 6634 EXCEPTING
BUCK GULLEY DRIVE

6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
7 of.the City of Newport Beach, an agreement in which the Eastbluff-
8 Newport, Inc., subdivider of Tract No. 6634, agrees to construct
9 street and other public improvements necessary to serve said
10 subdivision, excepting Buck Gulley Drive; and
11 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure
12 the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with
13 the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
16 with the provisions of the Code;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
21 the City Attorney as to form.
