RESOLUTION NO. 6697
A RESOLUTIO14 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
GRANT DEED CONVEYING PROPERTY TO MRS. AUDRE
SCHIFF
WHEREAS, on September 10, 1968, the City Council agreed
to convey to Mrs. Audre Schiff, for a consideration of $1,100, the
following City -owned property, legally described as:
The West 50.00 feet of Lot 17 in Book 119 of
Section A. Newport Beach in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 4 page 21 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County;
and
WHEREAS, in order to carry out said agreement it is
necessary to execute and deliver a grant deed conveying said
property as aforesaid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
grant deed on behalf of the City of Newport Beach conveying said
property to Mrs. Audre Schiff as hereinabove agreed.
ADOPTED this 28th day of October, 1968.
