RESOLUTION NO. 6 936
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE E)MCUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH NEWPORT HILLS, INC., SUB-
DIVIDER, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NOS..6623 AND.6624
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach, an agreement in which Newport Hills,
Inc., subdivider of a portion of Tract Nos. 6623 and 6624, agrees
to construct certain street and other public improvements in the
future; said streets and other public improvements are necessary
to serve said subdivisions, but dedication of them at this time
has been reliected by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
with the provisions of the Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
agreement is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
the City Attorney as to form.
ADOPTED this 24th day of February , 1969.
