RESOLUTION NO. 6 95 44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WITH INDUSTRIAL TURF, INC., IN CONNECTION WITH
BUFFALO HILLS PARK IMPROVEMENTS (CONTRACT 1210)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work
consisting of the Buffalo Hills Park improvements, in accordance
with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted, bids were
received on the lath day of March, 1969, and publicly opened and
declared; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is Industrial Turf, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Industrial
Turf, Inc., in the amount of $78,622.25 be accepted, and that the
contract for the improvement work be awarded to said bidder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
an executed copy to the successful bidder.
ADOPTED this 24th day of March 1969.
