A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR CONTRIBUTION OF COSTS
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND THE CITY OF.
NEWPORT BEACH EROSION CONTROL PROJECT, STAGE 3
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for the
contribution of costs between the County of Orange and the City
of Newport Beach in connection with the Stage 3 construction
of a beach erosion control project which extends from Anaheim
Bay Harbor to the West Jetty of Newport Beach Harbor in Orange
County; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms
and conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable
and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement
is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authoriz6d
and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
Beach.
ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 1969.
