RESOLUTION NO. 7005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has the power and duty to establish the salary of the City Manager;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6809 established the salary of
the City Manager, beginning July 1, 1968;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1,
1969, Resolution No. 6809 be rescinded, and that the salary of the
City Manager, beginning July 1, 1969, shall be $ 26,400.00 per
fiscal year, payable in monthly, semimonthly, or biweekly
installments as is most convenient in the ordinary course of the
preparation of the City's payroll.
ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1969.
