RESOLUTION NO. 7019
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING KEY PERSONNEL
POSITIONS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5289, which establishes
personnel policies for City employees, authorizes the City
Council on recommendation of the City Manager to designate key
personnel positions by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6814 contains the current
list of positions designated as key personnel; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the
list of key personnel positions be revised and the City Council
has reviewed said recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1,
1969, Resolution No. 6814 is rescinded and that, pursuant to
Resolution No. 5289 establishing personnel policies for City
employees as it now exists, or any succeeding resolutions, the
positions listed on the document attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
are hereby established as key personnel positions.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1969.
