A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING PRICES TO BE
CHARGED FOR THE SALE TO THE PUBLIC OF BOUND
VOLUMES OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE,
J SUPPLEMENT SERVICE FOR THE CODE, COPIES OF
THE CITY CHARTER, COPIES OF THE PLANNING AND
ZONING ORDINANCE, AND SEPARATE PAGES OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, on July 25, 1966, the City Council adopted
Ordinance No. 1170 which enacted into law the Newport Beach
Municipal Code of 1966; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6424 dated August 8, 1966,
the City Council established a schedule of prices for the sale
to the public of bound volumes of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code, supplement service for the Code, copies of the City
Charter, copies of the Planning and Zoning ordinance, and sepa-
rate pages of the Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found it necessary to
amend said schedule of prices in order to compensate for
increases in printing and reproduction costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 6424
is rescinded, and the following price schedule is hereby
established:
Bound volumes of the Municipal Code... $50.00 per copy
Supplement service for the Code....... 20.00 per year
City Charter ........................... 1.00 per copy
Planning and Zoning Ordinance ......00 per copy
Separate Code pages .............P....... .. 5...$.25 per page
ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 1969.
