A RESOLUTION OF TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY
OF NETTPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH NEWPaRT HILLS INC., DEVELOPZR,
AND THZ IRVINE COMPANY, GUWJNTGR, FOR THE
CONSTaUCTION OF A SETTER PUMP STATION IN
CONNECTION WITH TRACT 6565
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Newport
Hills, Inc., subdivider of a portion of Tract No. 6565, agrees
to construct public sewer improvements, including a temporary
sewer pump station and a permanent sewer pump station, in
connection with said subdivision development; and
AREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance
with the provisions of the Code;
NO6•T, THEREFORE$ BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time
as said agreement is approved by the City Manager as to suffi-
ciency and the City Attorney as to form.
ADOPTED this 0th day of September, 1969.
