Summary:
Discussion of residential lot mergers and resulting larger homes, including their consistency with
General Plan policies protecting the character of residential neighborhoods, a review of current
development controls, and consideration of additional controls.
Recommended Action:
1. Receive staff presentation, discuss and provide direction as needed.
